I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering at North Carolina State University. I am also a member of the department’s Water Resources, Coastal, and Environmental Engineering and Computing and Systems research groups. I use computer models and data analysis to explore interdisciplinary questions related to air pollution, climate change, and environmental policy. My research is focused on developing tools based on numerical methods, uncertainty analysis, and integrated assessment modeling to simulate interactions between environmental and human systems at varying spatial and temporal scales. The primary aim of our work is to inform environmental decision-making and policy.
